Get ready to meet Santa on Sunday December 11th at the 8th Annual Greenwich Reindeer Festival & Santa Village. We will have photos with Santa, jump into the train and make a race in the carrusel with your friends, the volunteers of our social programs.

On December 03 2016, scholarship recipients will go to the theater again, to enjoy this magical story fill with love and traditions. Embracing Art Volunteer Team is happy to support our dear volunteer Rene Soto as a part of the cast of this amazing production.

One of our goals is to teach art appreciation to our volunteers. To be expose to all kind of art manifestations, bring the joy of know that everything around us need to be love, accepted and appreciated it.

On Friday November 18th at 7:00 pm, the King School Theater is performing “The Servant of Two Masters”. Juan Vicente Ellis Co founder of the Embracing Art Volunteer Team, will be part of this amazing production. For that occasion, our organization is taking all our scholarship recipients to enjoy this amazing night, fill with young talents, that for sure we will hear great things in the future.

The kids will be accompanied by one parent, mark your calendars, see you there!!!

We are very sad to announce that our Ice-cream social day it been cancel. We hope you all will make it when the weather is nicer and we can spend some time together outside. We will try to set all our activities on Sundays, so it does not interrupt the kids art classes.

On Sunday November 27th 2016, scholarship recipients 2016-2017 will have a welcome lunch at Harvest Restaurant in Greenwich, CT.

During the event, the scholarship recipients will receive the certificate that entitle them to have 100% coverage of the tuition to take art,music or dance classes in Studio Arte, our sister organization.

The scholarships is an initiative of the Embracing Art Volunteer Team and supported by Visual Art Sur Gallery.

All scholarship recipients have to attend the event accompanied by one parent or representative.

This coming Sunday we will selecting our scholarship recipients 2016-2017, during the launch of the September Latincolor Magazine issue. On the cover, will be our co founder Juan Vicente Ellis. Juan Vicente will be at the reception, talking about how to get involve with your community, give, and be an active part of the world around you.

The judges responsable  to select this year scholarship recipients will be:

Isabella Garrucho – founder and curator of the Isabella Garrucho Fine Art in Greenwich, CT

Alejandro Mierez – Volunteer artist from Venezuela

Daniel Lanzilotta – Volunteer artist

Riccardo Galati – Founder of the Dolce Vita Project, Greenwich, CT.

Riccardo Galati, Dolce Vita Project founder, will join us this coming Sunday the 25th during the Latincolors Magazine launch. Riccardo will  talk about this new scholarship that will benefit all of our volunteers. The scholarship will cover and entire academic school year in StudioArte in Norwalk, CT.
